Hinkle Family Fun Center's Paintball Waiver Form
 

Waiver Forms must be read and acknowledged by a signature prior to each
individuals participation in Hinkle Super Challenge Paintball.

Individuals under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or
legal guardian to participate in Hinkle Super Challenge Paintball.
